Q: How long is your delivery time?

STEP: We have strict quality control team to check each process from the incoming material to finished plush toys.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

STEP: For customized products, normally it takes around 3-5 working days. Sample fees will be returned once order quantity is above 500pcs.
For our own brand stock stuffed animals,one-two FOC sample is available. 

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

STEP: Normally we support TT. 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before delivery. If you have other requirements, we can further discuss.
